Rami goes home

But y’all knew that. Sheesh. I’m getting old. Once again I came upstairs last nigh to post this, and got sidetracked. The good news is, I pounded out ten pages of NAUGHTY. 🙂
So, I was surprised to see Brooke in the bottom three though. She’s so cute.

Now, ladies, you will not hear much from me until next Friday. I will be over at Murder She Writes tomorrow, but I have an engagement party to throw this Saturday (yes, I know it’s a little late, and should have been sooner, but we were waiting on the ring. My daughter would not settle for what she did not want, and bless his heart, her fiance busted ass to get her a truly gorgeous ring. So, while she’s had it for a couple of weeks now, the party was planned in anticipation of him having to have a wee bit more $$ saving time). I also have to turn in Naughty next Thursday. NO excuses! My editor must have it, or she will kill me. I still have a bit of a way to go. But between having to write a teaser for MofTORMENT (three versions until I made my editor happy, and I am not complaining, I love the way she makes me dig deeper) and all of this life stuff, I am woefully behind. My 25th anniversary is next week as well, and while my mil is throwing a little shing-dig, do you think hubby would mind if I told him to hold off and wait until the following week for us to celebrate? I mean he gave up the Christmas party for deadlines last year, how far do you think I can push?

Sigh. Life is good but it sure as hell is busy. I’m going to take pictures Saturday then call my friend Sylvia to walk me through the process to upload them on the blog. I cannot figure it out!

Okay, so I’ll be popping back in latah. have a good one!

Hey, Karin, write, write, write! I don’t blame you a bit for not blogging. Sometimes you have to hunker down and this is one.

I absolutely love that you are immersed in both writing and in your family life, impressively juggling both (though I’m sure you’d like a break sometimes). Have a fab time with both!

I haven’t been over in so long! As always you’re incredibly busy, Karin. I’m happy for you that your writing is taking so much time. That’s a good thing… right? 😉 Sounds like you’re finding a balance with your family. Happy 25th, that’s a wonderful accomplishment.

Karin, how could you have a 25th anniversary coming up when you’re only 30? Come on, are ya kiddin’ me? Congrats on the 25 and for looking like a newbie bride.

And much luck in meeting your deadline. 🙂

I was surprised to see Brooke in the bottom three. I also think that Jason shouldn’t get too comfortable, I think he’s great but he’s getting that “I don’t need to listen to critiques” attitude.

    Fingers crossed for your party.

Karin, enjoy the party tonight, and write like a maniac next week! Hopefully, your anniversary celebration will give ya a much needed break from writing. You are one busy gal, and it makes my head spin just reading about it. 😆

Popping in real quick to say, I’m not ignoring you goils, I’m just slammed at the moment.
