Colters’ Woman
Holly Bardwell is running from her past mistakes. Straight into the arms of the Colter brothers.
Adam, Ethan and Ryan aren’t looking for women. They’re looking for a woman. One woman they know will share their lives and their beds. They don’t want a casual romp in the hay. They want the woman who will complete them. And they’re losing hope they’ll find her. That is until Adam finds Holly lying in the snow just yards from their cabin.
Adam knows she’s different the minute he folds her in his arms. But before he gets his hopes up, he knows he has to gauge his brothers’ reactions. Soon it’s evident, they all know the same thing. She’s the one.
There are a few problems, however–convincing her she belongs with them and keeping her safe from the man who wants her dead.
Recipe for Ice Cream Pie (sinfully delicious)
- 1 gallon Blue Bell Homemade Vanilla ice cream (or the best gourmet vanilla you can find)
- 1 bag kraft caramels
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 stick butter softened to room temperature
Mix box of yellow cake mix with the stick of butter until it forms a crumble mixture. Sprinkle crumbles over a greased cookie sheet. Bake until golden brown. Spread crumbles in a pie dish until bottom is well covered.
Melt caramels over low heat, adding milk and one egg yolk until smooth and melted. Take off burner to cool. (Mixture needs to be pourable at cooler temperature)
Scoop ice cream over the cookie crumbles to form one layer. Drizzle liberally with caramel then sprinkle with remaining cookie crumbles. Top with another layer of ice cream and top with remaining caramel. Freeze until well set.
